Ben Turner is a PPC Specialist and lead tracking fanatic at BGT Digital. In this role I help service businesses turn Google Ads into measurable revenue by tracking every call, form, and sale so they know exactly what is making them money.
My main focus is Google Ads and paid search for businesses that rely on inbound leads. That includes appliance repair companies, pest control services, industrial suppliers, and other businesses where the phone needs to ring and leads need to be qualified properly. Alongside campaign management, I build the tracking systems behind the ads using GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking, and offline conversion imports. Without accurate tracking, ad performance is guesswork.
I have been working in digital marketing for over 7 years, primarily in PPC and performance marketing. I also handle Local SEO and landing page design for certain industries. I operate as an independent consultant through BGT Digital, working directly with business owners across the UK, US, and Europe who want clarity and accountability from their ad spend.
At work, I enjoy the technical side of marketing. Cleaning up messy accounts. Structuring campaigns properly. Digging into search term dat and connecting real revenue back to keywords. I like building systems that make decision making simple and evidence based.
Outside of work, I live in Slovakia with my family. I train regularly, pay attention to nutrition, and spend time working on our land which includes fruit trees and long term plans for cider production (retirement plan incoming).

Advice For Anyone Joining The Industry
- Take your time over the supposed menial tasks. Don’t be too quick to automate them with AI. That can come after you’ve built the knowledge and skills in what you’re trying to achieve. Invest in masterminds and relationships.
